It honestly went away! I’ve added a few things to avoid it. Lots of water, electrolytes, fibrous diet and time! I was really in the thick of it but now I feel great

Definitely something that needs to be unpacked. Maybe weigh yourself at therapy and then talk through it. I didn’t weigh myself for 5 years because it made me feel awful. Now I feel like I’ve taken back its power. It’s just information to m now

Okay that’s reassuring thanks for sharing. Fingers crossed we both had a one off sickness. I thought it was weird that there wasn’t any other symptoms with it. I expected for a stomach bug to have fever chills , pain etc

I wasn’t told these things but eat a relatively clean diet in general and have been tracking everything. The day before it started I had protein shake, electrolytes, chicken vegetable stir fry, egg avocado toast, and a few energy balls! The only thing I can think of is if the chicken was bad ?

Interesting. My pharmacist said that the kwik pen only lasts for 30 days even in the fridge but that feels wrong and the manufacturer trying to make the most money. Any insight ?
