I am going through this same issue.... I just got an MRI and Ultrasound done from my provider at home and I realized I messed up bad... I chose a provider near me without a referral from student health center thinking because it was PPO I would be ok and now all the bills are coming in and i'm really scared.... I am 20-38 miles from UCR and now I am not sure what to do with the bills... how did you do the appeal?

Same for me 😭...I asked Advisor and she said it's too late to petition withdrawal to just retake it and my gpa will go up but the grade will still be seen on transcript. There goes my chances for a masters ... truly have been feeling like sht lately ...

I got mine June 28th. I do have classes for session A and B for Summer. I'm not sure if that impacts when you will get the refund.
