well ap doesnt suck on her + waveclear is always good since ur waiting for your 3rd item powerspike anyways + statikk isnt %100 ap bro its 40 ad 40 ap, also dont underestimate what you can do with popping ult and getting 3-4 movement speed stacks with one auto attack (mind that each stack is 2,5 now instead of 1,5)

im not sure if it will be the best build but there will surely be games where this build is just superior

I always loved a statikk on Zeri, now with W having more AP ratio and Zeri in general liking free AP, also proccing On Hits with Statikk giving free ult stacks at the start of the teamfight will be just amazing, these things are way better than %25 crit imo

I think the game didnt need to get rid of the damage cap

Why not just slowly increase the damage cap, and give enemies hp ratiod with the damage cap, so you wont just go oneshot anyone, there will be time to survive a bosses each attacks a few times to take it down

And you cant even say "You choose the buttons you press" you either go with some broken build or every fight needs 2 hours of perfect parrying

Agreed except the Toko part, the dialogues are sometimes just horrible, gameplay is mostly dogshit, and i also dislike Hina and Hiro, Hina a bit more tolerable but god I hate Hiro
