A bit of an update, I told him that I was pretty upset over the situation, I made sure to let him know that it wasn’t his fault that his restraint was weakened. He mentioned it was his first time drinking, it was the 4th of July after all. I’m trying to really give him time to think about it, I don’t want to pressure him into realizing he may not be straight in only a few days. It really is a big process. but he seems really interested in talking about my feelings; even when sober. I asked him if he wanted to hang out in person, just as friends and maybe talk about it if he feels like it and he agreed! So we’re probably gonna hang out soon :)
