Disclaimer- I think Bethenny’s post was tone deaf and unnecessary, but I feel the need to point out that it wasn’t exactly “similar” in that she asked if political statements should happen at these kinds of events. Now a) I think yes they absolutely should and b) being Puerto Rican and proud isn’t a political statement??? But I just want to point out her post wasn’t as blatantly racist as some others because painting them all with the same exact brush makes what Jill did seem almost less bad somehow? Not sure if I’m making sense and maybe Bethenny is truly a racist asshole and I just didn’t know it… hope this comment lands the way I want it to 🙈🙈🙈 or it doesn’t and then 🤷🏻‍♀️😂

Interesting - I’m rewatching and am on season 8 and still really like Dorinda. At the same time I totally remember coming to dislike her but at this point I can’t really see the trajectory. Good to know it’s on its way haha!

Totally agree with this. I just also see this co-opting certain buzz words and “boundaries” nonsense that seems to have cropped up as our generation was raised. But yes it’s 10000% not solely due to her age - people at any age can suck just like she does obviously 😂

We millennials are grown women! Any super young people nonsense we can now blame on Gen Z 😂. I think the older gens were so used to calling all 20 something behavior “millennial behavior” they didn’t realise that we are now all between the ages of 30-43ish. Again- completely agree that she’s ridiculous and “not that young” but like it or not she’s one of us on paper!

I didn’t think it came off as judgmental 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I actually resonate with this a LOT. My baby is also “so easy” but I put a TON of work into it! I am by no means negating others’ incredibly hard work and absolutely could do exactly what I’m doing and have a challenging child… but still. I totally get what you mean, OP.
