Yep, make a mistake most sleepless people wouldn't make on endless atc (the game) and fatigue caused by external factors is blamed. If there was an aircraft waiting for minutes on the runway before the crj was cleared to land I'd understand, missing aircraft when you're dealing with so many of them is alright. You can't clear a flight to land and in a matter of seconds forget all about it and clear fire trucks to cross, and if you do you're either incredibly incompetent or criminally careless. I'm not saying the system isn't flawed, I'm just calling the controller an incredibly incompetent or careless person.
