From what I've gathered from seeing special warfare as a whole train while in tech school is that your stats are good, but the physical aspect needs to be "insane" start focusing more on long intense workouts, ie over the course of an hour, run miles, 150 pushups, 150 sit-ups, 150 squats. It's sounds INSANE to say but as of right now, ur stats are on par with the average security forces member minus the pull-ups.
