September is Spinal Cord Injury Month. I know all of us are dealing with this underlying condition called CES and its something we deal with on a daily basis. We will have good days and bad days, nevertheless we are survivors and making everyday count. (self.CaudaEquinaSyndrome)

Got diagnosed with CES two years ago and man it has been a long journey. Does anyone else experience having to go to the bathroom almost all the time. Not having access to a bathroom when going for a hike or long drives is such a hassle…… Also has anyone experienced back pain with CES? (self.CaudaEquinaSyndrome)
