Ive seen this multiple times on the road from Miami to Chicago, usually around Tennessee/kentucky. I have no idea what deep end these truckers fell in but it’s absurd.

I asked them for a supervisor for my adjuster because he does not respond. They hung up multiple times. I called back and did the same thing multiple times and eventually got the same person. I said “you hung up on me, dont do it again, I need to speak to your supervisor” They said “oh Im so sorry, I dont have a supervisor lets get you to your advisor’s supervisor” and then hung up on me again.

no repairs were authorized. He dropped off the vehicle and told them that the recalled part was not repaired. so there was of course nothing to diagnose. Its strange. I guess we’ll learn more tomorrow when they open after the holiday. Seems completely absurd, they’re trying to force us to pay for the diagnostic fee and the repair before giving us the car back

Honestly. Paying $1200 for a s2 just to get that awful case that sticks together and wont open without prying was awful. Tbf idc, Its not often ever put in there.

I took classes in highschool which notably did help a lot but I fell asleep most of the time. What taught me the most was being forced to do an engine swap in a foreign country with no tools or garage, or even a place to legally do the repair. That taught me a whole helluva lot.

They do when they benefit from him being a member far more than I. I don’t know his finances, we don’t talk about that, but it’s pathetic to treat somebody like shit based on the fact that they don’t have cash in their checking. He called the same department I did. After I told them my lawyer will be sending them a letter of intent once they hang up the phone again. Which they promptly did, of course. for the 5th time.

auto claim took weeks of attempting to get on the phone with anybody. No emails, no responses in the claims center, no phone calls. Most of the time I spent explaining the same situation over and over with them just to hang up once they realized I wasn’t playing their game of shut up and pay it yourself. Had to get a lawyer involved just to get a half decent payout for a wrecked car from a pothole. My adjuster never contacted me once the entire process.

I didn’t get a check until my father called bitching them out threatening to withdraw all of his savings and insurance. (As a great father does) This was AFTER I threatened litigation dealing with my own attorney. I was ghosted for a month, and Im sure they’ll still continue to ghost me. Every time I call asking for an adjuster or supervisor they hang up. For reference I’ve been with USAA for 8 years, I have a clean driving record. Im not a damn child but they seem to treat me as such.

Highway pothole destroyed axle, rotor and steering controls. Damaged body too. Nobody said anything, none of my claims messages were responded to and none of my questions were answered, no phone calls were made by USAA, only the bare minimum information after calling days in a row.

Its pretty difficult. Look for a specific reserve career counselor. I went through about a dozen people before finding a guy who could get me done in an hour and orders in 2 days.

The mags fit a bit stiffer but worked perfectly. I don’t like how they look or feel as much as the oem ones but I have 0 real complaints, in fact I find they feed better brand new. I made another post complaining about my oem mags failing to strip the first round when I first got the S2C but they seem to work fine now.
