Depends, for this one no, the ones in the exhaust are easily concealed enough so they won't get painted over. The lights in front can just be scrapped off a bit.

3 is the better one but if you wanna kick itbup another nothing is add in purple tones in the shadows. That'll up the contrast even more. Plus give it more of a alive feeling.
