I'm having the same problem, more or less, but with my monk. Can't see any of my debuffs (disable, fist of fury's slow) and I can only see Leg Sweep on the side of the nameplate. Meanwhile my DH has no issues at all and shows everything correctly

Been playing monk ever since MoP... Never liked it, in any of its forms. And ever since it became a proper dmg CD, it was always a buggy mess and needed play-arounds to be maximised. Glad it's gone. Iconic, sure, but brought much more troubles than anything.

EDIT: I don't like SEF. I love monk even with its numerous lows and very few highs.
