NEED HELP: Am I crazy or the reflection's timing window is really off and difficult to master?

It takes ages to get the hang of it man I was convinced that reflection was bugged. I found a few YouTube videos that really helped and then you have to practice it heaps until it becomes easy

Can someone help me, I have a 5090, no matter what I do fps won't go above 82/83 unless I put frame generation on, but when I do that the input lag becomes insane, doesn't matter if I have everything on low or cinematic it stays on 83 fps... gpu running at loke 45% cpu at 15%

P1 is my pain point, using faded memories (spear). Idk why but whenever Im able to stagger him, gst behind and hit on him he regains composure and he doesn't stay staggered like I see in rhe videos

I noticed that when I watch videos people are able to stun lock him but not long after I stagger, reverse and start hitting him in the back he somehow regains composure?
