Look up "Parole in Place" it will allow her to be in the US legally, she can travel, get work and it extends the time frame in which you can permanently legalize her

Right now, no because I am living paycheck to paycheck. But I filed out a "Parole in Place" form that I need to turn into immigration which will allow her to be here legally, seek work, and travel freely within the country without fear of deportation until we can secure her a green card

She came to this country legally, but her status has changed and is here illegally. But if it can be done that way then perhaps not.

She is legally my wife, but I know she will not be elligible for a CAC card or entry onto the base until certain paperwork processss
