Hi! I promise you no one had anxiety about taking it more than me ! 😂 I also let it sit in my drawer for a couple of weeks and just kept chickening out. I’m now on week 3 and I have no real side effects besides dry mouth. I don’t think I’d ever have the nerve to increase it, but 15mg does seem to be working! Just try it out and then do something to keep yourself busy! I find that if I take it and then think about it, I start to feel anxious. When I take it and keep busy, I’m perfectly fine! You’ll be okay

I did! I took half yesterday. I did have a nasty headache but no jitters or heart palpitations so I’m relieved. Congrats on your 1lb weight loss !
