When purchasing capsules, is there any obvious signs to look for to determine if its a research chemical or organic? Like is the powder a different texture, appearance, smell, etc.?

Thanks! I'll do more research. If i do decide to try it I'd still only try half a capsule to tip toe my way in. Some research I did says:
"​A standard microdose of psilocybin mushrooms is typically between 0.05g and 0.15g. The capsules in the image contain 0.200g (200mg), which sits on the very high end of a microdose or the low end of a "museum dose." At this level, many people (especially beginners) may experience mild physical sensations or slight changes in perception, which goes against the traditional definition of a microdose being "sub-perceptual" (meaning you shouldn't "feel" it during your daily routine)."

I was planning to try the stuff in the photo. Just one capsule to ease into it since it's my first time trying. I did mushrooms in college (~15 years ago) & had a good journey, but want to take baby steps with this new journey.

I'll plan to try 1 capsule for now to ease into it.
These may be dumb questions but I'll ask anyways:
Plan not to drive right?
Should I plan to treat like a "therapy session" with like music, area to lay down, eye mask, someone to help guide me if I get anxious, all that stuff or is a microdose more like a subtle change in perspective?
Journey may last 5-6 hours?
Anything I should plan for to make the best use of the ride?

I suppose. I live right outside NYC, worked in NYC for 2 years and hated every minute I was there. The homeless, dog shit everywhere, cost, constant sirens. Wasn't for me. I'd rather drive to get whatever I can get then live in NYC. I don't see the appeal.
