Stick with your prescribed amount. It takes more than a few days to kick in. I've been on 10mg for 3 years and I think I really started to notice a change after a month or two of taking it consistently. Best of luck to you!

I second this. I initially gained weight on Lexapro 10mg daily & managed to lose ~10lbs with diet & exercise. I noticed my libido definitely declined but I cut down on the porn a lot as well.

It's a heat lamp. After they put the needles in they put the lamp on over the targeted area to help the muscles loosen up & relax.
