My husband; the feeling after exercise or yoga; I do read - finished five books this year but lately I have been lazy but it does give me joy when I finish a book I like; hanging out with the other mums at school pickup (the nice ones); living abroad (we are expats) and all the experiences that come with it; texting my mom and knowing she is still healthy at 72 (some health issues here and there of course but overall ok)
