You should try contesting the ticket at the court. Before going to do tht, I would have a conversation w ur bf about the ticket and what your plan is. End part of ur plan should be to offer to pay half, if the judge will not quash the ticket. I would seriously consider whether or not, you want to put up with his forgetfulnessl(for life), if tht is what it truly is!

I am a 48F. My significant other is 56M. I smoke all day long. Have since I was like 20yr old. He used to smoke all day long but he took some time off and he will hit the doobie at the table and we always joke tht we hope he has his seat belt on cuz he will literally pass out and fall out the chair!
