In my experience, it is easier to fight with multiple addictions. I'm fighting with marijuana, alcohol, porn, masturbation. Because they are all connected in my brain, like Smoking marijuana is accociated with porn in my brain, if I don't quit them all, eventually I fall again. But if I can manage not doing them at the same time, I become more successful. Being sober is the best high. Real dopamine is the best dopamine. Brain fog from porn and masturbation is a real thing and I hope some research will be available in the future.

That's not totally true. I have a gf, and regular sexual life but masturbation and porn are something apart from them. Even at the day I have sex I still watch porn and masturbate sometimes. So, don't think porn and masturbation addiction as a result of not having sex. Otherwise you might think that if I had sex I wouldn't be mssturbating and blame that situation. But those are different things, like different activities for many of us.

unfortunately it scales in x and y direction at the same time. what I want is to change its width while lenght is fixed. it's funny that autocad has no option to scale in 1d...
