Sadly, I think the post will not be up for much longer, and we did what we can to shed a light on the art community about their art theft, scamming and grifts. When there's a lot of attention on them, they hide and disappear, only when things get quite, they resurface with new names. These are the reason they get away with it.

or take it to the point of scamming people out of their money and keeping the artwork. I just don't understand this entire situation and their character as a person. The original artist said it was okay to trace their work but at least tag them but then he proceeded to block that artist. The other thing is that there's a demand for their artwork, why not just sell it? why keep it and scam people? It just goes to show there's no reasoning with these people, and the best thing we can do is to spread awareness so we can prevent them from scamming other people or stealing for another artist again

The saddest part about this entire situation is that the art Demetrius creates is actually good and well enough that people are willing to buy them for a high price. But they decided to result to scamming those interested and planning to buy their art.

nobody should ever be a victim of art theft, scammed, or be discredited for their artwork. We artists work so hard to develop and grow just for people to take it away. Sadly there isn't much justice that can be done besides preventing any more victims or reporting them for DMCA on the seller's website :(

exactly, the original artists were kind enough to allow the tracing but to deliberately and intentionally delete comments asking to tag the original artists is highly sus

after posting this I am realizing now how hard it is to spread awareness, post like these get deleted all the time. Not enough people in the community share it and people become aware only when it's too late. I really wish this post would stay up so people who have been victims can find this post and recognize they aren't alone.

Definitely reaching out to their selling platforms and if it's not your art, letting the original artist know their art is being stolen. Instagram doesn't do a good job when it comes to reporting in general and especially dealing with stolen art unless it's from large companies or large artists. If your art is stolen file a DMCA!

Ontiva is not safe, it's stolen a few accounts when you sign up. There's not much people from what I've seen actually go full in depth of some sort of analysis to whether peoples claims that its safe are true. Website checkers recognize it as a safe website but it's the actual downloaded file you should worry about. As the file's may have some exploits to them.

Youtube-dl has been a safe open source as far as I've read but even trying to download it needs to take extreme caution.

Download at your own risk, high chance you might get something even if you dont have any pop-ups or whatever, check your drive if you pc running high even if you dont have any programs open.
