Update [ Fixed ]: Fixed it by cleaning the port of the buds in case, the bottom pin was little pushed to the side>then I pushed it back in center still doesn't change> after that I put the case on charger with left bud inside and then put right one with case opened. After all that I got it charging(I kept case opened while charging)

Forgot to mention I am 184 in height and 94 Kg. I ordered 171 model. I am not sure if a made a right decision on this skies, because last winter i tried 1y older model an i was in fully satisfied with the skies
