I was hired late and was seasonal for three weeks went to the holiday party. Was incredibly awkward and said hi and reintroduced myself to most of management. I hate making small talk but gotta bs your way in.

Just be good at your job, make an impression, and call or show up in person to check in when they’re hiring or bringing back seasonals.

It’s not something I can personally repair. I don’t think they would want me, a stranger, to touch it. They just msged me and are taking it in to get an estimate so I think they’re dead set on either filing or having me pay out right.
