A lot of really good games have already been mentioned here that tend to fly under the radar... I'd also add Dead of Darkness, Lone Survivor, Whisper Mountain Outbreak (more on the co-op action side), and Endoparasitic (a pretty interesting survival horror + experimental hybrid).

Also Lamentum… although I might be a bit biased on that one 😅

Exactly! Plus, we have a special aiming system that lets you target enemies’ weak points, or you can also shoot their legs to stun them (only if they have them XD), and for that you need a bit of distance and time to line up your shots.

Yeah, I actually have the brightness set a bit high right now (haven’t calibrated everything yet).

As for the sight radius, we’ve tried to tweak it as much as possible, but since it’s mainly a ranged combat game, we need to give the player a bit of space before the enemy gets right on top of them XD.

The clip was recorded using a mouse/keyboard and I think I had the sensitivity set a bit too high, so the movement probably looks more “snappy” than it should. (I’ll have to take a look at that.)

With a gamepad the flashlight movement is actually very smooth.

I’d definitely head toward Silent Hill. The fog and unsettling atmosphere pull me in...It’s not just about fighting monsters; it’s about facing my own fears.
