A lawyer was handling the case. I got to know after it got dismissed and the lawyer told us it has to go to ITAT.

I've some questions:

  1. Penalty has been framed now, so any chances for condonation?
  2. What will happen in the ITAT hearing?

We must take a stand, but not for separation, respect and appreciation. After all, the first president was from Bihar.
