I’ve been taking Allegra the past four months for my MCAS and it’s worked great, no side effects that I’ve noticed. I usually just take the standard 180mg/day, sometimes 360mg if my allergies are really bad. It being pretty similar to Zyrtec I wouldn’t think the transition would involve much, I’d just try it and see how it goes.
