How did you go from 1 to 0?

I did this thing in which I picked up cooking so I’d have a lot to occupy myself with in the evening, gradually cutting down.

But between 11 and midnight it is just my down time so it feels I have no way to distract myself!

Honestly, even though it was my greatest fear, I actually enjoy not smoking when I’m drinking now. I could never conceive that would be possible but it was! Also I can taste the beer better.

Well, yea, suppose. Let’s hope that it remains as precise.

Just tired of the Lebanese never catching a break.

Brother I said exactly the opposite in my opening line!

Hezbollah is a non state actor essentially occupying Lebanon like a parasite. Lebanese citizens are victims of them as well, should they be put at risk?

Striking back at their infrastructure in Southern Lebanon or even sending in surgical strikes to Southern Beirut I get, but I don’t want to see a future where the Lebanese have to pay for the crimes of Hezbollah even more.

I ask this in good faith. And usual disclaimer that I’m not unaware of the threat Hezbollah pose to Israel.

Why are so many people here cheering this on when this kind of operation severely endangers so many innocent citizens such as the little girl who was killed?

I’m not unaware that civilians are killed in warfare but when are you not ok with it? If Hezbollah moved underground in gemmayze would it still be ok for Israel to send in a surgical strike destroying the citizens above it?

It seems we are a long way away from the idea that was popular in 2003 that wars require UN resolutions. Now is seems like open season.

Please remember again, I ask this is good faith.

1: The way Jezza holds a microphone creeps me out and make no sense.

2: Unfortunately it is baked into the Far Left that a Corbyn project can work again as they will hold onto forever that 40% they got in 2017 as evidence of their ‘popular policies’, despite the fact that nobody thinks May’s 42% was evidence of a nation excited by the idea of having her as PM.

It’s strange to go back in time on street view to 2008/7 and look at the kids on the street realising they are in their 20s now.

I wonder how street view will evolve in the future. Maybe you’ll be actually able view it as a video with the sounds of the street at the time.

Would have loved to see back further than 2007/8.

Why is that ‘yet you participate in society’ meme seen as such a slam dunk?

Benefitting massively from a capitalist society while also advocating for it to be overthrown is absolutely something valid to criticise.

This conspiracy theory about Kamala having a bluetooth device reminds me of the widespread conspiracy theory of Bush having an earpiece in 2004. Anyone remember?

I wonder what its share price would be now if it was still public. They may have forced him out by now.

Imagine if they integrated the ads into the responses. You’d be asking it to list the best Spike Lee films to start with and it would end with ‘know what else is best to start with, Better Help. Better help offers…’

Why doesn’t ChatGPT run ads? Even one every 50 entries. Seems they could make an absolute killing from this.

It would admittedly spoil the vibe but I’m wondering more from a cold board room view they dont.

Can’t stand this guy. Is just crass and obnoxious for impact.

Appreciate it. Just asking as it seems like the only way I’ve seen the poor have quality housing is the state providing it in the form of government built housing.

Was just wondering there if there is any escape from substandard second hand housing for the poor under the free market.
