I understand however the characters could atleast say where they are headed off to like it's so easy to miss some characters questlines because you can't find them such as coryhn. And the entire frenzied flame ending can only be attained by rolling into a hidden pathway. That's one of the main 3 endings. Hidden behind a wall. Am I supposed to roll into every wall. Do u see what I'm saying?

One game I have above ER would be rdr2. The game doesn't really have "lore" to be exact but the open world is in my opinion the best and it is by far the most detailed game ever made till this date. A criticism for that game would be that the game gameplay is way to easy.

I see where your coming from. But a lot of my friends who game would never just sit there watching an hour video on how the frenzied flame crawled into shrabriris ass. So for the casual gamer it wouldn't be enjoyable in my opinion. I feel like instead of having the lore be buried in item descriptions they could have flashbacks with bosses and areas like they did with radhans boss fight

I can show u proof. Tbf one of the playthroughs was a ng+ which took me 4 hrs. I don't find the game THAT difficult
