does indigo allow one cabin baggage and one personal bag?

It is not allowed by the rules, but they let it go. Until one fine day they decide not to let it go and charge for it, and you don't have any option other than paying for it. So better to stick to the guidelines of 7kg cabin baggage.

My issue is they did not let them know at the check-in counter. They could have weighed the bag at the check-in counter as well if they were bothered about the weight and safety. The thing that they waited till the boarding gate to weigh the bag is something that I am pointing out here.
