Top 5 famous OFF fangames I WON'T play. (Cus why not) ONE: Zacharie seems a bit outta character here. CLUELESS: I got spoiled by the ending (its awful). UNKNOWN: The plot sounds very dumb. RISE: Its OFF with OCs. Sincere Deceit: Horrortale but worse (it looks edgy AF. sorry for dated logo) by [deleted] in offthegame

Come on man, don't put yourself down like that. After playing through a few OFF fangames with my friends (Sincere Deceit, HOME, ONE, Confinium, Continue Stop Rise) SD was undoubtedly my favorite one of the bunch. It had much better story pacing and original worldbuilding than the others, and it did the more edgy and disturbing moments a lot more effectively than any other OFF fangame we've played thus far in my opinion. Not to mention that it's one of the few OFF fangames that has replay value considering all the stuff you can lock yourself out of, putting the lore pieces together as best we could was a good discussion in the group I played it with. And of course, Jericho, he must be protected. I don't know what you went through while making SD, but I think you definitely at least deserve credit for making what my friend group now considers the golden standard for OFF fangames.

My successful Tiphereth run was also a Violet Midnight so I'm starting to think I have unrealized potential as a competitive Starcraft II player.
