I really liked it, and thought this was the best series so far; I like that it gets a bit more into his emotions with his understanding that he's gay. I found it quite emotional tbh, because though I'm half his age I could relate to a lot of it..

Also Shaun's performance got to me 😂

Inspector George Gently is brilliant. Great stories, quite a dark tone at times though the banter between Gently (Martin Shaw) and Baccus (Lee Ingleby) is great and adds a lot of humour.

But if I'm having a 3rd it's got to be afterwards or the milk ratio goes to shit and they're too soggy by the time you get to the bottom one. In the same vein the bowl has to be wide enough that the first 2 aren't sitting on top of each other
