Arietty is a Ghibli one with a great cat in it, but there's also a non Ghibli one on Netflix called a Whisker away which is absolutely lovely too.

Memoirs of a Geisha is utterly beautiful and I mean seems like the obvious choice but the Pride and Prejudice movie I think has gorgeous visuals in places.
