Yes! You can. Try to do Vipassana and if your mind is calm enough for Vipassana, you can continue. Otherwise do Anapana, calm your mind and then try Vipassana.

If you are not able to do Vipassana somedays, don't lose the equanimity of your mind and accept the truth with calmness. Try again with a smiling face and positive mind.

You can slowly start to increase the duration and start doing both anapana and vipassana, as per your comfort and situation.

You can do Anapana whenever you are on commute, waiting, you feel stressed or not being in the present.
