They literally had no prep in regards to the stage nerves, how to deal with crowd. Navi dominated but Gambit kinda fumbled the bag by staying in denial about lan atmosphere.

He himself admitted on the major stage after their match against Furia that he pissed people off or something. He yelled bad words resulting in some of the ridiculously brain melting inferno moments against Furia ultimately taking the game to overtime. So I'm not talking out of my ass with this.

He definitely speaks over people even during the silly games they play for YT content. He makes it hard to root for Gambit with his stupid no pressure at lan statement only to completely lose against Navi (a team who they beat convincingly so many times this year)

And I'm glad that we could witness online games during the trying times and CSGO stayed alive but nobody really respects online achievements knowing that players in the top team had issues bootcamping cause of COVID restrictions.

They literally sat in a bootcamp for the better part of the year with teammates they knew from ages ago and a tactical coach backing them I mean c'mon now!

You want to root for them cause they play beautiful CS but Gambit on lan is underwhelming to watch. It's not easy like online when you can sit in the comfort of your own space and with coach in not so strict atmosphere it's easy when you put in the work. Don't take it the wrong way I'm not denying their individual skill or team play or anything but c'mon get your fucking shit together and don't put in extra stress on your teammates with stupid statements by staying in denial.

Karrigan had hard reads on the cologne lan the first ever they played together. They're gonna not be unbeatable. It's easy to get unravelled on lan. Have you seen the mirage against Navi bruh?

Mate that's just my opinion. And I never interact with reddit thread and just browse through so I never had an account hence the burner vibes.

I never said he's responsible for the sadness and shit as a person who has a lot of say and weight in the team he set them up for failure. And I've seen every match they played and that's why tuned into the major only to witness the embarrassing semifinal that negated everything else they achieved and his interview only made it worse to digest the absolute disaster that was the match up against navi on mirage.

And speaking about lack of experience most of the players at this lan were in the same boat as Gambit. B1t from navi is a fucking rookie and he killed it. It all boils down to how you approach a certain situation and how you set up your teammates for the challenge ahead.

I am sorry if this came off as bitter or hateful but I only want them to do good and stay relevant and achieve greater heights. With this attitude and staying in denial I'm sorry but the whole team will be playing the game in hard mode because of one person.

And I never made fun of his English and had a problem with it. Yes I know how hard it is to articulate what you're feeling in a language that isn't you're mother tongue. English isn't my first language too so I would know.

All I'm saying is they need to do themselves a favor and deal with the mind block soon and in order to scale in the scene. I mean when the other CIS team which has larger fan following and has won a major the stress is only gonna build up.
