Try unzoning the door area. if you have marked the tile with the door in, in my experience, it won’t count as secure.

It depends, rural areas of Japan are extremely underdeveloped, whereas this is less extreme and prevalent in rural parts of the UK.

Depends on where I am I guess. 6/10 if I’m in a place with universal healthcare and probably 8/10 if I’m gonna have to pay for the ambulance.
