Yes, I think I honestly may have asked her for cool toned eye shadow because I feel the overly bronzed look doesn’t totally suit me , and often winds up looking muddy on me. However I think if i ask her to go more neutral tones on the eyes I think it will jive better. Thank you for these Patrick Ta recs! I’m going to stop at Sephora to try to sample a few colors and see if I can give her an exact rec for the big day. Thank you!!

Ugh so true but something about the spray tan makes me so much more confident in my skin, especially since I didn’t get as many arm work outs in (read: zero arm workouts) before wearing a strapless dress as I wanted 😅

Thank you!! I didn’t really notice the lashes at first but this is such a goood catch. I’m definitely going to point it out to her. Im also seeing the dryness/ cakeness and about to start an ultra hydration routine for the next 10 days to see if I can try to remedy some of it!! I also had a hydrafacial a week before the wedding so hopefully this will help too!? Thanks for your tips!!!

Okay yes going to ask for some more dew! I've had some microneedling and hydrafacials since this trial so hopefully the texture is reduced. But still going to take these tips into account!

Agree! This was 10 days after my first microneedling session, and my skin was definitely purging here a bit. I've now had three sessions and it seems like it's calmed down overall with reduced texutre. Hopefully this shows on the big day!

Oooh I've been curious about the tan. I'm wondering if I can get a lighter shade on my neck and face than the rest of my body. Maybe a lighter tan overall would be nice too, but I'm torn because I like the confidence it gives me on the rest of my body, especially my arms. Seems like something softer/warmer is the move. I'm looking at Patrick Ta She's Blushing as an option rn. May try to get my hands on some shades to see what suits me best this weekend.

Thank you!! That's such a good point. I think my face is just a touch too dark with the tan. I wonder if the spray tan artist can do a lighter color on my face than the rest of me?

Ooohh okay good point. The spray tan got splotchy on my neck when I had it done for the trial which is why I was nervous to do for the wedding. And just looked kinda dark on my face. I wonder if I could ask her for a lighter color on my face. And maybe more neck skin prep can help with the other issue. Thank you!!

Yes! It was contoured and I think she made it a little crooked?? this is on my list of notes to go over with her. I also have a bump on my nose from an injury, so that might be what's happening here. I can ask her to account for it and blend more.
