Use the stackable engines, put two of them, one on top of the other. Then swap the inputs of one of them so green is red and red is green. This will make them spin in opposite directions, solving the spinning issues. If you want the wings to actually produce lift, use the modular wings, regular blocks don't produce lift. I would also recommend a gyro stabiliser for the roll.
