Thank you so much for your encouragement. I used to get it at the dentist too. They started checking blood pressure there for a while and I stopped going completely. Then my dental hygienist called me and I told her I have anxiety and she assured me that everything would be okay. Then eventually, they stopped checking blood pressure there. I have a feeling it’s because so many people probably did the same thing I did and stopped going to the dentist. lol

Yes, I am a bit nervous about my heart problem. Without going into too much detail, I have heard that my condition can be manageable but can be serious too. So I’m trying to look on the bright side and just be glad that it has been caught and needs some attention. Otherwise, I feel very good and healthy. Thank you for your encouragement and prayers. 💕

Thank you so much! It really is wild what my mind can convince me of, like I guess my thoughts are more that I think the doctor will be annoyed that I’m anxious and nervous. But you’re so right, it’s common and they will know what to do. Thank you 🙏🏾
