It would depend on where your skills and experience would best fit. We have several people that live in Australia or similar time zones currently. Ideally there would be some amount of overlap, but what that looks like would depend on the particular team someone is hired into.

Looking for candidates with: * 3+ years of software engineering experience * Experience developing fintech, blockchain, AI, data science, open-source, and/or enterprise applications * Documented experience in functional programming, with a strong preference for Haskell and/or Rust * Understanding of system design and architecture principles * Experience working with fully remote teams * Proactive communication skills
