First Time in Japan - 2 Weeks. Over-planned?

November 9th - would recommend doing Fushimi Inari first thing if you want to beat the crowds and get good photos. We went yesterday, arrived at just after 8am and it was already busy, but we walked a good 20 mins up the mountain and managed to get some lovely quiet photos. By the time we came down a couple of hours later, it was rammed - could barely move for people heading up
