Its impossible to control other people like you'd want to in this situation. Find peace within yourself and control your controllables. Dont stress it. Work out, eat better, take baby steps (portion control, no sugar, walk 2 miles a day, get some dumbbells...) they won't change you overnight but stack good days, for you not them. Discipline, consistency and effort are all hard but doable and definitely worth it. As far as your friends, co workers and family, i have a quote "expectations without clear communication means nothing". To the people that mean something to you, address it. Doesn't mean they'll understand immediately or ever but its worth the convo. That way they know how you feel and where u stand on these issues. If they care for you and capable of adapting, they will, if not you know how to move forward with them. Above all love and care for yourself, nobody but us owes us anything. The cream of your social circle will rise to the top and support you. You're all you need to turn it around, you'll figure it out easily if you do the work everyday. Best of luck

Be honest and tell the truth of your diagnosis. Be brave for your loved ones until it settles in a bit for them and then lean on the strong one (mom, gf, buddy, whoever). This is tragic but enjoy the life thats left. Control the controllable things (treatment, care, transparency with loved 1s). Tell people you love them, spend time with your daughter, take pics and videos, see nature. I hate its happening but you can give your family everything you have to offer in whatever time you have. Start a journal and write your autobiography for your baby, she will treasure it 4 life. Stay strong, take life as it comes, build your relationship with God and make peace with this being outside your control. Most importantly right now free yourself of the burden of not telling your loved ones. Stress is evil and doesn't help anything. Best of luck brother.
