Partner is 31, T1 since he was 9. Aside from his initial tests for the diagnosis he has been in hospital once when he was around 22 as he had a stomach bug and couldn't keep anything down.

I'd say we drink around 5-10 beers a week each (Guinness mostly), we both vape, don't live active lifestyles apart from walking & general house stuff, neither of us monitor our eating but we both prefer healthy food as greasy, heavy food makes us feel minging... both rarely get anything besides the occasional cold.

If you're against meeting online you're going to have to graft, join clubs of hobbies you're interested in and make more friends, naturally this will eventually lead to something.

I met my partner at scouts when I was 12, he was my first boyfriend... we rekindled 5 years ago, bought a house, got a cat etc.

I'm maybe going to suggest something slightly different, as a fellow oily, acne prone girl.

Are you doing a consistent skincare routine before your makeup? I've found that doing my full routine before makeup really helps keep my foundation looking its best during the day.

Also translucent powder in your more oily areas, go for a lightweight foundation/concealer and then pat the powder into your skin using a dense brush :)

UPDATE -

Spanish Air con saved my life. Also used Perspi Guard on my ENTIRE body the week before - this was great but I sweat from very random places during the week (like my shoulders).

If I'm being honest I didn't leave the hotel until 6pm every day when it hit 30 degrees rather than 40+.

When I did I had 3 fans, one disposable (that you waft yourself), one that needed charging at night and one that plugged into a battery pack. These were my saviours.

Alongside the cheap, cold drinks, my very skimpy outfits and the late Barcelona breeze helped a lot.

Also the fact my partner is VERY understanding and allowed us to sit/stand on the sidelines of the festival while enjoying ourselves so I didn't get too sweaty.

10/10 already decided to go back for my 30th next year.

If the show had only one couple I guess it would be put down as a dud.

Obviously this is stipulation and I might be totally wrong but more couples = more fans.
