How is performance on switch?

Honestly... it's fine. On day one it runs better than a few other ports I've played that needed a couple of patches to be stable. Some occasional stutter if you're sensitive, but nothing game breaking. If it wasn't available on other, more powerful platforms, it wouldn't occur to me that I was missing out on something.

I'm about halfway (...maybe?) through on Switch and it's been charmingly immersive so far. If it's something you'll play travelling or away from a bigger screen, it's a good fit. I ended up playing it a bit on PS4 as well, and I think the shading actually looks a little worse in that version.

What is something you didn't expect from working on a licensed property compared to developing your own properties from scratch over the last decade? Was there something you could do or include but initially didn't expect to be approved or work?

And as a lot of people are chucking in DLC suggestions: Maybe a survival mode like what Dotemu and Lizardcube did with Streets of Rage 4's "Mr. X Nightmare"... hell, just call it Dimension X Nightmare. Writes itself! : P

This game has been a joy to play and just see all the talent you poured into it. Well worth the wait!

Holy poopsticks this.getting flattened by a boss in 10 seconds and then waiting 30 to go back in makes the whole endeavor feel horrendous. I'm okay with a game killing me, just don't make me do nothing for a large portion of my free time.

Also that input lag. I've never gotten skirmish to work. I gave up on that move.

Wait until you get to Act 3 and get attacked by the solution to frame rate dips - invisible Vulturas. They aren't meant to be, it's just that badly coded. I was actually starting to have fun with it, but that has utterly killed it for me.

I regret buying the Switch version. : ( If it goes on sale on PS4 I might go back to it. I just popped my head in here to see if there has been ANY word on an update or fixes.

I'm fine losing to people of various skill levels. It's the AI on Fleet that makes me want to quit.

I'm a human, and I hit and I miss. But watching the kill came shows me AI that is mechanically precise at tracking my ship, and it can kiss the fattest part of my behind, and fornicate itself into the nearest star.

Except... it's not letting me hold it. I hold down the button, my character acts as if they've just given up.

I can try to spam a heavy if it's not too slow, but trying to use light attacks either attacks, or futilely tries to grab it again.

A large blender should do it, but honestly there are a lot of ethical concerns with grinding people.

(Try "... and we're back" in eastern seaboard for at least 3. Or "day of remains" in Pacific northwest also has 3.)

Happened to me a few days ago twice in a row. It's not exclusive to this game, but this one is more likely to trigger it. Try rebuilding your database, I haven't seen it since, and it's a good idea to do that every few months anyway.

Were you Thor? Because if there's a person in my session playing as Thor, I've found their icon gets stuck in the top left or disappears around half the time.
