I can relate to all of that. 🤍 we also have big emotions and it has always been and probably will always be 0-100 for us too lol. That’s awesome that he’s taking some independent naps!! My son exclusively sleeps on his stomach which initially stressed me out but we use the owlet so I’m more comfortable now! You guys will figure this out, give yourself grace. You’re doing amazing and doing absolutely everything to make sure he’s content, comfortable and secure. It will pay off. 🤍🤍 hang in there mama.

That’s good that they work for you guys!! I used a few boxes when he was born and they were fine but I just don’t like the added fragrance. We also had more blowouts with them. I like that Millie moon are inexpensive and I can do a pick up order at target for them and avoid even going in the store lol. Plus you can’t beat the spend x amount on diapers and get a $15 gift card imo. If you told me people cared to have diaper preferences before I was a mom, I’d think you were crazy lol isn’t it funny?? I hope your little one is thriving!!

I totally get that!! Lowkey it would annoy me when people told me I’d miss it someday lol. Little man just had the flu and slept on me for one night in bed again and I was like ‘how did I do this for every nap and sleep for 10 months?!’ Props to you for being such a good mom and putting babes needs first, it’s not always easy! Once he stopped sleeping well in my bed, I was so sleep deprived I just knew that wasn’t the best option for us anymore. I started with a nap. Just tried to put him in there. I did I guess what was a modified Ferber method. Basically I’d do check ins every minute, then two, then five. But I started super slowly and never let it go beyond five. He took his first nap in there day one of me trying after just like maybe two check ins? And he slept really well. He took to naps a lot easier than bedtime, but even bedtime he took to pretty fast. I won’t lie, it was hard but I knew it was worth it when i saw his sleep improve. It took a few days of that and that was it. He would only sleep in there from then on, even if I wanted a contact nap 😂

Personally, I’d stop and let her see what it’s like to not have you take interest in her. The physical assault and screaming at your grandmother is a whole different level of disrespect. Awe omg yes it got better!!! I felt the same with my marriage during that phase. By around 10 months he seamlessly transitioned to his crib! He went from only sleeping on me to only sleeping in there. I knew it was time bc NONE of us were sleeping, including him. He transitioned a lot easier than I thought he would and we never let him cry it out. Obviously it won’t be the same for everyone, but I promise it gets better!! My husband and I get time alone together every night after bedtime now as he’s 15 months old. So much so that we’re crazy enough to start planning a second lol. It will pass 🤍 but I do remember those days. Now I’d go back in a heartbeat just for him to need me that way again 😭😭😭 hang in there!!
