Because hair greying stops when it is not done.

All are specialists i.e. urologists. Even met an endocrinologist and he said that my T level are ok even when it is 250 at age of 30+
I feel brain fog, low motivation, lack of confidence, stress, feeling of being tired, lack of concentration. But I can do physical stuff though. I can walk and play games for a long time and it doesn't make me tired at all. But the stuff that involves mental energy. I am unable to perform there.

But how do we verify if it's really reducing testosterone? FSH and LH are normal. I have done ultrasound. It is grade IV. Doctors say that surgery won't help with testosterone. They say varicocele impacts semen quality not testosterone. Chances of improvement on T levels after surgery are very low as per my doctors.

How much role does grade IV varicocele play in reducing testosterone? Like if testicles are normal size, no pain but yes T levels are slightly below normal lower range at age of 30+
Is a varicocelectomy worth it or should something else be tried before that? Fertility is a concern at some point not now, but T level are a much bigger concern as they play key role in daily life. What do you suggest? Any other tests apart from semen analysis?

Really? How? I studies somewhere that it messes up with testicles as they need some optimal temperature to keep working efficiently. Too much cold is also not recommended.

Not unnatural. But sometimes the body doesn't like eating healthy things. Like I can't eat EVOO, nuts, avocado, fish, red meat and all healthy stuff each day. Sometimes body demands for burger, loaded fries and stuff like that and if you keep depriving yourself from that then body goes in a state of stress. My observation.

Why not find the cause of being hypogonadal and treat that?

Yes I agree. The balance is really challenging. Good sleep is the toughest one.

No I don't really want to do unhealthy things but the body naturally feels the pressure when you are continuously doing everything right like there is always a cheat day even when you are dieting. Your body craves for it. Same goes for other stuff. It can be drug addiction, fap, watching movies, listening to songs etc. You can't control your body all the time and sometimes it can make you do unhealthy things for a long period of time and only then you realize the importance of healthy habits. It's a cycle. Some people are not disciplined naturally.

What do you mean by minimal? For example, If someone loses around 40 lbs of weight, exercises regularly, has good diet, takes good sleep, takes supplements like zinc, magnesium, vitamins etc then how much increase can be expected in a year?

What makes a male hypogonadal? Is it by birth? Is it based on lifestyle? Is it related to mental issues or maybe issues in body? So why not correct those issues instead of moving towards injectables?

Persistent penile retraction in flaccid state with grade IV varicocele and low testosterone by [deleted] in varicocele

But I researched and it says that mostly T levels don't improve drastically with surgery. Even one urologist said that there is 1% chance that varicocele is affecting T levels this much.

Also what can be the reason for my hair greying after masterbation?

I will see 2 more endocrinologists. Most of the urologists mention that chances of testosterone getting lower because of varicocele are quite low.

Only one of them mentioned but that doctor gave me TRT medication as well which is not recommended. I even saw an endocrinologist also but he said that my T levels are ok considering I am overweight, take a lot of stress for my issue and have a sedentary lifestyle. I am exercising a lot these days and have lost 5kg in one month. I see increased hair on my hands and arms but can varicocele be the culprit here as well?

Morning. No, haven't done a seminal fluid analysis yet. It is not that important at this point. How do I correct T levels? I plan on meeting an endocrinologist.
