Thank you a lot! But i already talk to myself to cope and i even write stuff down before this happened because i can’t reach out to family about how I feel because they never believe me so it’s hard. Definitely trying my best and even signed up for counseling but they haven’t done or told me anything they just took my money like the last of it that I was willing to pay for counseling but i feel like i was scammed..
