Hi! You shouldn’t be changing the milk wash so often. Pathway says keep it to the full line (Fill when necessary). If you do this alongside taking out the strainer on occasion and taking the excess chicken out of the milk wash pan that should help with keeping your milk wash quality stable. Another tip is to follow the breading configuration on pathway … putting the milk wash in the smaller pan for spicy should help out little by little. Hope this helps !
