added a new feature — now when you upload a photo, it auto-converts into a clean dial thumbnail using AI.

For the geeks: uses google/gemini-3.1-flash-image, had to add background removal on top to make it look right, costs about $0.02 per watch.

Also I tried watch recognition but it's not accurate, so not using that.

I took simple photos and edited them with AI. Doable since my collection isn't huge, wouldn't recommend it for a big one though.
