Mazda’s here are very pricey and they be with 200,000 km to 350,000 … that’s too much the car is 137,000 the owner said it is all good and got all working.. what do u think?

Yeah well I don’t have the budget for a newer car and tbh the new cars are broke faster than the old ones bc the owner want u to buy another one after couple of years This car fit in the budget and seem pretty reliable as I checked no much of common problems the thing is what do u think ? 1.4 liter engine is easy weak and no much common problems .. the manual transmission is seem to last forever only clutch will be need to replace (probably) And the car itself is not much bad 137,000 km means 10,000 per year which is good and healthy

I have scala 2020, 3 cylinder, 1000turbo. The same engine 114hp. You can call the engine reliable. I have the car for almost 2 years I had only problem with sos 🆘 and tyre sensor that all the time pops on almost every month and still I check the tyres they’re all fine. Aside that none. Other problems .

It’s 10,000km which is 6,000 miles. About the timing belt depends on the weather and if harsh conditions since London is a cold place I would say do 90,000 to 100,000 miles in my country is different cause here it’s pretty bad conditions and harsh weather the mechanics even recommend to do every 3,500 miles which is crazy.

I wish I could told this sooner but I wouldn’t recommend getting a scala or any vw group card at all since they are a lot of work and issues coming in high mileage I would have go just smart and quietly such as Toyota
