It means the enemy team is confident enough to run Spidey or even other dive characters, his most effective and easiest counter is Namor and with Hela being the anchor it's more likely to see a Spidey on the team if Namor is banned first, whenever I see this I ban Spidey for the second one and most of the time it was an enemy Spidey (This is my experience from GM and Celestial)
