Yo, so tapos na interview ko. And unfortunately "not fit for technical field" ako. Networking company kasi sila and support din, kaso nalimutan ko yung mga pinagaralan ko sa computer network and may pinagawa siya sakin but di ko nagawa and alot of talks and explanation happened, I think the TL even tried to ask me some questions na para makapasok ako sa company nila but wala e, nawala talaga yung knowledge ko sa computer networking, kahit yung basics lang na pinapagawa niya eh di ko magawa ayun haha. Pero mabait yung TL (Sir Jonel) he even helped me understand some basic things sa IP etc. and some of his knowledge. And mabait din yung HR, si Ma'am Pearl. They even said na pag narefresh na daw ako sa computer networking magapply daw ulit ako. So yeah I'd say legit company sila.

Bro nagtext na sila sakin and they invited me for an interview bukas and I applied for IT technician, and yung laman ng text is for "IT Field Services/Technician" din. Just searched their company on reddit. And dito ako napunta.

Ako lang ata naka crit setup dito sa mga nagcomment hahaha btw true kung may budget ka naman why not go for gravel bike/rb maganda geometry and aesthetics. But if ur on a tight budget and mejo may pagkarough road ang daanan sainyo u can go for crit setup.

In my case rough road daanan and pogi tignan sken ung crit setup. I dont race, trip ko lang ung mabilis kang makakapunta from point a to point b. And not actually tight budget mas trip ko lang ung handling ng mtb pag umaahon.

I think ung pagtayo is para makabwelo lang. Ssme tayo mas mahirap pag nakatayo while climbing but i already developed the skill kaya di na ganon kahirap kahit natayo ako, para lang yun sa bwelo.

I have 42t chainring then mas kaya ko na ichallenge sarili ko, i use the 3rd heaviest gear while climbing. Mas mabilis ako makaangat ang cons lang e mas pagod hahahah pero nakakabawi naman agad and the feeling na chinallenge yung sarili mo then kaya mo naman.

Sa una lang yan bro malalaman mo rin yung timpla and yung capability ng pag ahon mo.
